Edie Tolbert – Founder/Executive Director
In January 2008, Edie was diagnosed with Stage 0 DCIS breast cancer. It was through her cancer journey of two years, that she found her new purpose, to serve and support others battling cancer. At her annual appointment in 2018, the doctor deemed her “cured” after 10 years of being cancer free!
With the opening of Stonebrook Day Spa, she began to offer complementary massage therapy services to breast cancer patients as well as survivors. Soon she realized there were many others in treatment for many types of cancer and she knew they would benefit from the complementary massage therapy services. In order to meet the growing needs of cancer patients, Edie launched The Stonebrook Project, Inc. in November 2017.
Edie holds a AS in Business Administration and 20+ years experience in business. She specializes in meeting with cancer patients, putting them at ease and determining their “care plan” to help with their physical and emotional healing.
Edie is married to Ronnie of 39 years, two daughters Tiffany and Brittney, son-n-law Chris and granddaughter Ella.
Catie Pritchard – President
Catie and her husband George (Dub) have two children Sally, 8 and George, 6.
George is a cancer survivor, diagnosed with hepatoblastoma at 4 months and declared NED (no evidence of disease) at 10 months. He has been cancer free ever since!
Catie and her family know first hand the physical and emotional stresses of battling cancer. She is passionate about helping others facing what her family faced and thrilled to be a part of The Stonebrook Project.
Catie is a chemistry teacher at Lincoln Christian School as well as a cheerleader coach.
Catie and her family live in Catoosa, Oklahoma.
Teresa O’Donnell – Vice President
Teresa has a rich history working with nonprofits. She was the Director of Development at Metro Christian Academy, Director of Public Relations for Special Olympics, House Board of Directors and Capital Campaign Committee for Alpha Chi Omega. She is also active with the Catoosa Historical Society.
She has experience in strategic planning, fundraising, marketing and facilities management. She is a third-generation tag agent for the Catoosa Tag Agency.
After joining The Stonebrook Project board of directors in 2019, her mother was diagnosed with cancer and passed away suddenly. After the loss of her mother, Teresa is more dedicated than before, to serve those who are battling cancer.

Michelle Crawford – Secretary
Michelle has devoted 30 years of her life to the healthcare industry and stepped away from the corporate environment. She’s always been an advocate for non profits and has volunteered in various capacities for Domestic Violence Intervention Services, Multiple Sclerosis Society, Cancer Sucks, and the Henry Memorial Foundation. She served on the Board of Breast Cancer Assistance Program from 2011-2016.
Michelle earned her masters degree from Southern Nazarene University. She now works as Client Coordinator for Stonebrook Day Spa. She’s lived her entire life in Oklahoma and for the last 20 years, Verdigris is her home, with her husband Keith Crawford. They have three grown children, Joey McCall, Megan Howell and Macy Crawford.
Cancer has left huge void, losing her father to kidney cancer, her brother in law to multiple myeloma, her mother in law to breast cancer and three dear friends to brain, sarcoma and pancreatic cancer. Her sister is a survivor of sarcoma!

Sandy Shirley – Treasurer
Sandy is the Branch Manager at Bancfirst, Verdigris, OK. She has 25+ years in the banking industry.
Sandy is very active in her community through Standing in the GAP Ministries, a Merit Badge Counselor with the Boy Scouts of America and many outreach services with First United Methodist Church.
Cancer has impacted her life with her Father having bladder cancer, twice. He is now in remission and has been for 2 years. Her husband was recently diagnosed with cancer and is currently in treatment.
Sandy and her husband Jeff, reside in Claremore, OK.
Shari Blakenship – Board Member
Shari is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Tulsa Centerless. She has served as the Board Secretary for the Catoosa Chamber of Commerce and Secretary for the Catoosa Education Foundation. She is a Lifegroup Community Leader and Marriage Mentor at Life.Church Catoosa.
Shari has experience in strategic planning, program development, fundraising, community networking, marketing and volunteer management. She joined The Stonebrook Project nonprofit organization because she loves people and serving those who are fighting cancer.
Shari and her husband Scott live in Catoosa, OK.
Gail Bieber – Board Member
Gail has held an Oklahoma Clinical Social Worker license for the past 31 years. She has 25+ years of demonstrated experience in the field of social services/healthcare administration, behavioral health as well as community and home-based care.
Currently she has a private practice, Therapeutic Connections, specializing in stress reduction, disease management, trauma, body/mind interventions, depression anxiety, EMDR, relationship issues and other lifespan problems. In addition, she serves as an approved Clinical Supervisor for LMSW students working toward and OK clinical social work license.
Gail lost her first husband to cancer and is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those currently in treatment for cancer.
Gail and her husband, Bill, reside in Catoosa, Oklahoma.
Joe Pike – Board Member
“Your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, how you leave others feeling after having an experience with you becomes your trademark. -Jay Danzie”
That quote hangs on the wall of the MooChewSooey BBQ Food Truck in Catoosa, Oklahoma. Owner/Operator Joe Pike lives that every single day. A long-time Catoosa native, Joe is also a colon cancer warrior. While his background includes being an auto mechanic to a robotics maintenance manager, his passion lies in making great barbeque for his customers and serving his community. His food truck not only supports The Stonebrook Project but also Light of Hope, Inc. in Claremore, along with many other cancer-related fundraisers.
In 2019, Joe was diagnosed with metastatic colon cancer in his liver. He is currently in treatment with only three treatments left to go. He is a fighter and ready to be a survivor of it ALL!
Joe lives with his wife Kelly, attends Life Church Catoosa, and is active in The Stonebrook Project Community Cancer Group.
Jeff Campbell – Board Member
Jeff is employed with Lincoln Christian School as a teacher and coach. He also has a development and properties holding company in Claremore where he owns and manages properties.
Four years ago, he lost his father to stage four colon cancer after a lengthy battle. A year later his mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. What a kick in the gut given the long battle that his dad had to face in the years prior. She is cancer free, praise the Lord!
The Stonebrook Project is an amazing service to my mother, giving her an opportunity to decompress, relax, and clear her mind of the grief from his father’s death and at the same time connecting her with people that were going through the same fight that she was experiencing. No greater service could a son ask for than that of calmness and care that his other experienced! That’s why he has a huge admiration and desire to be a part of this organization!
Jeff is married to Crystal and they have five children; Cate 14, Addi 12, Luke 10, Callum 8 and Gabe 2. They reside in Claremore.
Shelly Downs – Board Member
Shelly is employed by Gifted Healthcare as the Director of Governmental Contracting. She is the Pastor of Discipleship at Claremore Assembly of God, Claremore. Her gifting is to lend spiritual support as well as hands on for those in need.
She loves to volunteer and assist with TSP projects and programs. She considers herself a “behind the scene” person. She loves to learn, interact with a variety of people and learn along the way.
She has experience in strategic planning, fundraising and leadership.

Audrey Dawson – Board Member
Audrey’s mother and first husband both passed away from cancer. She is excited about the opportunity to provide support and assistance to cancer patients, their loved ones and friends. The Stonebrook Project is providing a great service in the community and she wants to assist any way she can.
She has been a board member with the Rogers County Adult Day Care, Claremore Optimist Club-Special Olympics Chair, Oklahoma Social Workers in Health Care-Secretary and Wild Heart Ranch Volunteer.
Audrey has basic social work skills for needs assessment, identification of available resources and service development.
She accepted this position in order to be a productive team member to develop, promote and provide information about The Stonebrook Project and promote the services to our targeted audience.
HolliAnn May, In Loving Memory
HolliAnn was our Co-Treasurer until her unexpected passing in January 2019. HolliAnn was dedicated to The Stonebrook Project. She was the Branch Manger at Bancfirst, Verdigris. Because of her vast experience in banking, she was very helpful when it came to funding The Stonebrook Project. She was committed to our mission of making a difference in those battling cancer. She will be missed but never forgotten!
